Well-balanced Diet
Diet is way more important than training when it comes to getting lean.
Low Sodium & Low Carbohydrate & high protein
Carbohydrates and sodium soak up water like a sponge. Any diet high in sodium and carbs will cause you to be more bloated than a low/zero carb diet with minimal sodium would.
Dropping your carbohydrate intake to zero will cause your body to shed off several pounds of water in just a few days and you will already notice a visible difference in leanness after that.
The problem with salt, however, apart from studies showing that it might be dangerous to consume too much of it is that it leaves your face completely bloated. The salt will retain and hold water in your face.
A bloated face will make the skin around your jawline less tight, decreasing it’s chiseled look.
Stay away from junk food that contains, even more, salt than most foods
Drinking at least 2 liters of water every day
Get Tanned
Getting a bronze tan will make you more attractive as it accentuates your face with shadows, resulting in a defined look.
Chew Gum
Chewing gum every day for a full year can visibly strengthen the jaw-muscles which will make you look more masculine! It could help your jaw structure and will also prevent you from binge eating or smoking while you chew gum!
What is more, it will accentuate your jawline, as the rest of your face will compliment it in a new way.
Grow a Stubble
A full beard will hide your jawline, and that’s not what you want. Nor will a clean-shaven face help you.
Designer stubble is the best way to go, short and trimmed. It will help darken your jawline, making it stand out like in the picture above.
